Trigger replenishment at the push of a button

Battery-powered wireless call buttons let you trigger material replenishment and transport orders at the push of a button. They are quick to mount on machines and workstations and ready to use immediately.

In the web-based admin you define which material is collected or delivered – and when the item changes, you reconfigure the buttons in a few clicks. Multi-buttons bundle several transport orders on one device.

eKanban control

No more idle machines due to missing material

Battery-powered wireless sensors on shelves, machines, roller conveyors or material stations automatically request replenishment or the removal of finished goods. In just a few minutes, an ordinary flow rack becomes a self-controlling eKanban supermarket.

Machines and conveyor lines can be retrofitted, too: after a defined number of cycles they automatically order new raw material – with no limit on materials per sensor. You can also trigger replenishment with the scan app using trigger barcodes, or via the mobile app.

Transport control system

Process transport orders on the move, by priority

Logistics staff get a prioritised list of all open transport orders on their smartphone, tablet or forklift terminal – based on the time of demand and a freely definable stock range. Identical orders are grouped, and parallel and mixed transports are possible.

In the transport order management you create orders, prioritise them live and assign them to user groups, such as all forklift drivers in one hall. Recurring and scheduled orders handle routine transports like waste disposal.

Material flow analysis

Make logistics performance transparent in real time

The xoee transport dashboard lets you monitor the service level and utilisation of your in-plant transport logistics live – so you can act early to secure the material supply.

Analysing transport frequencies per route provides valuable insights for optimising processes and the factory layout. All underlying data can be exported as CSV.

Our promise

xoee places no demands at all on your IT infrastructure. Sensors and buttons are battery-powered and connected via their own radio network. Hosting is exclusively on servers in Germany – or, if you prefer, as a local installation on your own network.
