Know where you stand – with real process data
If you want to improve, you first need to know where you stand. Whether run & rate, standard time validation or downtime analysis: external wireless sensors capture the states, utilisation, cycle times and output of your resources – revealing bottlenecks, deviations from standard times and machines with availability or quality issues.
With apps on mobile tablets you involve your operators and record downtime causes and scrap characteristics at critical resources for detailed root cause analyses.

Work sampling
Analyse activity structures efficiently
Work sampling is a proven method but usually very time-consuming – especially for non-cyclical activities in administrative areas. With xoee you run it as a digital self-recording study: at irregular intervals, participants are asked in their web browser what they are currently doing – and, if you like, which information systems they are using.
The data is stored centrally in the xoee cloud, anonymised if required, can be viewed in real time and exported. That way you uncover waste, duplicated work and system breaks.

Time studies
Process studies with the xoee Time app
xoee Time is an Android app for recording process sequences and process times. Its intuitive design means even users without in-depth knowledge of work measurement methods can use it – for cyclical as well as random sequences.
Process steps can be adjusted during a running study, templates are managed centrally and cost drivers such as the load carrier type can be recorded in parallel. The data is provided as CSV for analysis in Excel.
